About the Role
We are looking for a Recruiting Operations Manager to join our team at Aledade. This role focuses on creating and refining recruitment workflows to ensure a high-quality experience for candidates and hiring managers.
Key Responsibilities
- →Lead the enhancement of recruiting processes from sourcing to onboarding
- →Maintain the applicant tracking system (ATS) and build dashboards for key hiring metrics
- →Provide training and guidance to recruiters and hiring managers on interview techniques
- →Ensure all recruitment activities comply with company policies and legal standards
- →Take ownership of special projects and new program launches
- →Explore and implement technology solutions to improve candidate and hiring manager experiences
- →Mentor and develop a small team of Recruiting Assistants
Requirements
- ✓7+ years in recruitment, with at least 2 years leading/mentoring others
- ✓Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field
- ✓Experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS), with Lever experience a plus
- ✓Proven organizer, communicator, and analytical thinker
- ✓Solid knowledge of compliance, labor laws, and hiring best practices
