About the Role
We are looking for an Experience Designer to join the Experience Design and Research (XDR) team at Aledade. This role involves crafting digital interfaces and service workflows that simplify the complexity of value-based care for primary care practices.
Key Responsibilities
- →Partner with Product Management, Engineering, and Practice Adoption to identify user problems and shape solutions
- →Create storyboards, user journey maps, and other visualizations to drive cross-functional alignment
- →Deliver user flows, prototypes, design comps, and build specifications for digital workflows
- →Support engineering delivery with design documentation and rationale
- →Contribute to the evolution of the Experience Design & Research practice
Requirements
- ✓6+ years of professional experience in product and interaction design
- ✓Fluency in usability best practices
- ✓Proficiency with design tools like Figma and Miro
- ✓Portfolio showing expertise in multiple facets of experience design
- ✓Experience designing end-to-end digital experiences with cross-functional teams
- ✓Demonstrated ability to collaborate with cross-functional partners
- ✓Experience designing complex analytic and workflow applications
- ✓Solid communication and storytelling skills
- ✓Understanding of inclusive and accessible design
- ✓Experience in healthcare product and service contexts
- ✓Knowledge of modern product development methodologies
