About the Role
We are looking for a Sales Operations Analyst to join our growing organization. This role focuses on driving sales performance and operational excellence through advanced analytics and strategic insights.
Key Responsibilities
- →Serve as a strategic advisor to Growth team and Network Development leaders, identifying insights and recommending solutions to remove operational barriers
- →Lead collaboration with cross-functional partners to refine sales processes and drive organizational effectiveness
- →Oversee forecasting process and pipeline management, ensuring data integrity and best practices
- →Design and deliver advanced analytics, dashboards, and reporting to support leadership decision-making
- →Identify training needs and collaborate with Sales Enablement to provide advanced training for sales teams
- →Mentor junior analysts and operational team members
- →Manage Salesforce Case Queue
Requirements
- ✓Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field; advanced degree or professional certification preferred
- ✓Minimum of 5–7+ years of sales or revenue operations experience, including at least 2 years in a senior or lead capacity
- ✓Advanced proficiency with Salesforce CRM, Monday.com, Tableau, Contract Lifecycle Management Software, G Suite, and Microsoft Office Suite
- ✓Salesforce Administration Certification preferred
