About the Role

The Strategic Finance Analyst plays a key role in supporting the company's cross-departmental long-term planning and forecasting efforts. This position involves developing, implementing, and overseeing the company’s Strategic Model, providing data-driven insights to leadership to support decision-making.

Key Responsibilities

→Maintain and improve the company’s Strategic Model and update senior leadership
→Update Allegiant’s peers' financial models and update leadership on the industry's financial performance
→Provide recurring updates to credit agencies on Allegiant’s future financial performance, capital structure, and ad-hoc data requests
→Produce materials for quarterly board meetings and earnings calls to support leadership
→Produce ad-hoc analysis as needed, supporting the Investor Relations, Sustainability, and Finance teams
→Model Allegiant's customer service standards in personal actions and when providing direction

Requirements

✓Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, Economics, Mathematics, or Engineering
✓Minimum one year of experience in business, economics, and/or math
✓Ability to create spreadsheet models and produce relevant outputs
✓Strong quantitative, qualitative, financial acumen, and scenario analysis skills
✓Advanced computer skills with Microsoft Office (including PowerPoint, Excel)
✓Advanced Financial Modeling: Proficiency in building and interpreting complex financial models
✓Airline Industry Knowledge: Familiarity with aviation industry financial statements and GAAP vs. non-GAAP accounting
✓Time Management: Ability to meet timelines across multiple projects
✓Critical Thinking: Effective problem-solving with creative solutions
✓Attention to Detail: Highly organized and detail-oriented
