About the Role
We are looking for a Head of Growth to become the dedicated leader for our team in China. This role focuses on building a go-to-market engine and leading a high-performing team while closing strategic partnerships with top mobile game publishers.
Key Responsibilities
- →Architect the GTM Playbook: Build and own a repeatable outbound sales motion
- →Lead from the Front: Personally drive Tier-1 deals from discovery to signed integration
- →Scale & Mentor the Team: Manage, motivate, and develop the CSM team
- →Bridge Product & Market: Create a tight feedback loop with Product and Engineering
- →Operational Excellence: Define the rituals of success for qualification standards, pipeline hygiene, and forecasting
Requirements
- ✓Proven track record of running full-cycle enterprise sales
- ✓Ability to build an outbound engine from scratch
- ✓Experience translating complex product features into quantified ROI
- ✓High-stakes leadership experience with remote or multi-geo teams
- ✓Operational rigor and CRM data expertise
