About the Role
We are looking for a Community Manager – China to build and nurture our growing community of developers, data contributors, and AI enthusiasts in the Chinese market. This role requires understanding of both AI and Web3 technologies.
Key Responsibilities
- →Lead initiatives to expand Sentient’s community in China through strategic outreach across platforms like WeChat, Weibo, Douyin, and Bilibili
- →Guide and shape the voice of Sentient’s Chinese community, representing open-source AI values
- →Develop educational programs, contests, and engagement strategies to educate the community and grow it organically
- →Track community-oriented KPIs and optimize strategies based on data
- →Act as a liaison between the Chinese community, development, and business teams
- →Support marketing efforts by engaging with the community through trending content and updates
Requirements
- ✓Deep understanding of decentralized AI technologies and Web3 narratives
- ✓Proven track record of leading community initiatives in technology sectors
- ✓Experience managing online communities across WeChat, Weibo, Douyin, and Bilibili
- ✓Experience organizing ambassador or community engagement programs
- ✓Fluency in Mandarin and English
