About the Role
We are seeking a high-caliber Senior Performance Marketing Specialist to take full ownership of our Google Ads ecosystem. This critical role within our User Acquisition department requires a technical expert who excels at scaling Search, Display, and UAC campaigns globally.
Key Responsibilities
- →Own the Google Ads strategy, managing and scaling budgets across Search, Display, Discovery, and UAC to meet ROI and user acquisition targets.
- →Execute hands-on optimizations including advanced bidding strategies, keyword research, audience segmentation, and account refinements.
- →Analyze performance data to identify growth levers and translate findings into actionable strategies.
- →Build and implement scalable marketing processes and reporting frameworks.
- →Partner with Creative and Data/Product teams to ensure alignment with business KPIs.
Requirements
- ✓4+ years of experience managing large-scale Google Ads accounts with a proven track record of scaling budgets while maintaining target ROAS/CPA.
- ✓In-depth knowledge of Google’s bidding algorithms, tracking requirements (GTM/GA4), and mobile app tracking within the Google ecosystem.
- ✓Exceptional ability to navigate complex datasets using SQL and Excel.
- ✓History of hands-on campaign execution and daily performance management.
- ✓Ability to pivot between different projects and goals within the UA department.
