About the Role

We are looking for an experienced individual contributor within the Revenue Operations team at AlphaSense to establish reporting, develop key enabling tools, streamline processes, and partner with our Sales team. This role will have a direct impact on improving productivity and efficiency for our Sales and Sales Leadership, focusing on pipeline generation and productivity metrics.

Key Responsibilities

→Optimize and improve existing sales processes to ensure scalability
→Partner with sales leaders to provide productivity gains and higher quality pipeline generation
→Design and govern lead management, routing, and qualification processes
→Create and support regular business reporting needs and SFDC dashboards
→Partner with Insights and BI teams to analyze data and ensure process adherence
→Define and refine the Go-to-Market strategy with Sales and Marketing leadership
→Own the Quarterly Business Review (QBR) process, including template creation and prioritization
→Provide real-time support on the sales tech stack and troubleshoot issues
→Evaluate and refine technology stack, processes, and workflows to enhance productivity
→Develop strong relationships with the sales team to implement best practices
→Partner with the Enablement team to roll out and improve training and adoption of tools and processes

Requirements

✓At least 4+ years of experience working with a Revenue organization
✓Operations professional with a passion for driving productivity and improving processes
✓Experience optimizing and rolling out new technology, workflows, and processes
✓Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a dynamic environment
✓Experience establishing benchmark KPIs and assessing performance
✓Data-driven approach to identify areas of improvement
✓Strategic thinking, tactical execution, and effective writing skills
✓Creative problem solver with innovative approaches to drive sales productivity
✓Strong project management skills and cross-functional collaboration abilities
✓Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail
✓Experience with the B2B sales process and relevant tools
