About the Role
We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Project Manager to lead projects at Altamira, a software development outsourcing company. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in project management methodologies, AI technologies, and leadership.
Key Responsibilities
- →Providing leadership across projects, driving initiatives, and making well-founded decisions
- →Establishing and managing communication channels and relationships with clients
- →Overseeing team dynamics to ensure balance and retention
- →Implementing effective risk and quality management practices
- →Developing, forecasting, and allocating budget plans
- →Tracking expenditures and providing financial reports
- →Leading clients through pre-sales activities and discovery stages
Requirements
- ✓5+ years’ experience in leading projects and teams
- ✓Proficiency in navigating distributed teams and engaging with stakeholders
- ✓Demonstrated success in fostering customer partnerships
- ✓Solid understanding of Agile Scrum, Fixed Price, and T&M project management
- ✓Ability to guide team in establishing efficient project processes
- ✓Expertise in people management, including development and conflict resolution
- ✓Fluent in English (Upper-Intermediate level) and Ukrainian
- ✓Experience in pre-sales activities and drafting legal agreements
- ✓Ability to manage deadlines, costs, and risks
