About the Role
The Product/Business Analyst is responsible for identifying and clarifying product needs, documenting business processes, and facilitating communication between business and technical teams to ensure the delivery of effective and suitable solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- →Analyze product needs by identifying requirements at the people, process, data, and automation levels.
- →Capture these needs as Features and User Stories with clear acceptance criteria and Definition of Done.
- →Facilitate clear and open communication between developers and the Product Owner.
- →Be assigned to a dedicated team and be able to take on other roles within the team as needed.
- →Analyze business processes and systems, identify inefficiencies or required controls.
- →Document procedures, track key performance indicators (KPIs).
- →Participate in the development of new products and programs, conduct process design/redesign activities, and identify impacts on change management.
- →Participate in initiative planning, feasibility studies, cost-benefit analyses, and design of new systems.
- →Document and manage functional requirements.
- →Possess a deep understanding of data, its sources, and relationships to generate relevant information for management and all teams.
Requirements
- ✓Strong analytical skills with the ability to identify and clarify product needs.
- ✓Experience in capturing requirements as Features and User Stories.
- ✓Ability to facilitate clear communication between technical and business teams.
- ✓Knowledge of business processes and systems analysis.
- ✓Experience in documenting procedures and tracking KPIs.
- ✓Understanding of data sources, relationships, and their impact on business decisions.
