About the Role
We are looking for an experienced Tech Lead Developer C/C++ to join a major project in the aerospace sector. This role involves leading a development team and ensuring the quality of software solutions while adhering to the strictest industry standards.
Key Responsibilities
- →Lead a team of developers: technical guidance, code reviews, skill development
- →Develop and maintain critical software in C/C++, following DO-178 standards
- →Participate in the architectural design of embedded software solutions
- →Collaborate with system and validation teams to ensure consistency and quality of deliverables
- →Write and validate technical documentation (specifications, test reports, etc.)
- →Contribute to continuous improvement of development processes and tools
Requirements
- ✓Extensive experience as a Tech Lead in C/C++ development
- ✓Strong knowledge of DO-178 standards
- ✓Experience in architectural design of embedded systems
- ✓Ability to lead and mentor development teams
- ✓Proficiency in technical documentation and validation processes
