About the Role
We are looking for a Designer Téléphonie to join our team. This role focuses on designing and maintaining telephony IP and call center systems.
Key Responsibilities
- →Design and document IP telephony and call center architectures
- →Configure and maintain telephony and call center systems
- →Provide advanced level 2/3 support for complex issues
- →Coordinate incident resolution involving multiple teams
- →Manage and challenge external service providers
- →Conduct technical audits and site surveys
- →Support printing systems, multimedia equipment, and SIM fleet management
- →Participate in planned interventions outside business hours
Requirements
- ✓Strong expertise in IP telephony (Mitel, Unify) and call center solutions
- ✓Deep knowledge of SIP, RTP, VoIP, routing & switching
- ✓Experience in architecture/design for IP Telephony
- ✓Mastery of telephony security
- ✓Experience in monitoring and tuning telephony systems
- ✓Good knowledge of ITIL processes
- ✓Experience with monitoring/ticketing tools
- ✓Proven experience designing and deploying new telephony/call center systems
- ✓Demonstrated experience in provider/integrator coordination
- ✓At least 5 years experience in telephony/VoIP/Call Center systems
