About the Role
We are looking for a Performance Marketing Manager to launch and scale new music games profitably across global markets including the US, China, and Japan.
Key Responsibilities
- →Manage and run multiple user acquisition campaigns across platforms (Google, Facebook, Applovin, Mintegral, etc.)
- →Analyze data through market and competitor performance, ad campaign metrics, A/B testing creatives, and revenue/product metrics to define and execute UA strategy
- →Work closely with Creative teams to provide UA insights to improve product marketability
- →Collaborate with global vendors/ad networks to optimize campaigns
- →Implement best practices for each ad network and test new ad networks to expand user inventories
Requirements
- ✓1-2 years working experience in Performance Marketing (Google/Facebook/Other Adnetworks) with proven success
- ✓Familiarity with mobile marketing attribution tools (e.g., Appsflyer or Adjust)
- ✓In-app marketing experience for driving deeper conversions
- ✓Data analysis, Strategic & Tactical planning, Problem solving
- ✓Ability to multitask and manage deadlines in a cross-functional team
- ✓Good communication (English writing and speaking skills)
- ✓Creative mindset and an instinct for identifying trends
- ✓Customer-oriented, Innovative, Emotional intelligence
- ✓Hunger and humble for learning, sharing, teamwork and self-development
