About the Role
We are looking for a Senior RevOps Specialist (Automation) to join Amenitiz, a hospitality management SaaS company revolutionizing the industry. This role focuses on optimizing Sales and Customer Success processes through automation and data infrastructure.
Key Responsibilities
- →Improve Sales and Customer Success processes to increase conversion rates and retention
- →Own CRM architecture and governance
- →Optimize post-sale workflows including onboarding, renewal tracking, and churn risk alerts
- →Ensure playbooks are documented and continuously iterated
- →Maintain data hygiene standards across the GTM funnel
- →Design and implement automations that eliminate repetitive work
- →Build multi-step workflows connecting HubSpot, internal tools, and third-party platforms
- →Evaluate, implement, and integrate new tools into the GTM stack
- →Monitor automation performance and debug failures
- →Partner with Finance, Data, and Enablement teams
- →Iterate on lead scoring models for outbound performance
- →Analyze conversion data to identify high-performing segments
- →Own automated lead routing logic
- →Audit routing logic, scoring accuracy, and data quality
Requirements
- ✓5+ years in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, or CRM Engineering in B2B SaaS
- ✓HubSpot expert with deep hands-on experience
- ✓SQL proficiency and Python or scripting capability
- ✓API literacy and understanding of integration flows
- ✓Strong understanding of subscription revenue metrics
- ✓Experience operating across multiple geographies or segments
- ✓Fluency in English + any language between French, Italian, Spanish, or Portuguese
