About the Role
Amigo is seeking their first sales hire to build the enterprise sales function from the ground up. This is a full-cycle Account Executive role focused on healthcare AI solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- →Generate leads through outbound automation tools, cold outreach, and networking
- →Execute enterprise sales cycles to close 6+ figure deals with healthcare organizations
- →Develop sales playbooks with competitive positioning and repeatable processes
- →Establish strategic partnerships with channel partners
- →Manage sales operations including pipeline management, forecasting, and pricing strategies
- →Represent Amigo at industry events to establish market leadership
Requirements
- ✓5+ years of enterprise sales experience, closing large deals
- ✓2+ years of selling experience in a single company with a proven track record
- ✓Founding AE experience building sales from scratch at an early-stage company
- ✓Full-cycle sales experience including lead generation, prospecting, and closing
- ✓Technical product sales experience (ideally healthcare SaaS or enterprise software)
- ✓Strong metrics orientation with systematic approach to pipeline and forecasting
- ✓Excellent communication skills for engaging with technical and business stakeholders
- ✓Self-motivated and able to operate effectively in ambiguous, fast-paced environments
- ✓Passion for building reliable systems that can transform healthcare delivery
