About the Role
We are looking for a System Administrator to help standardize technical equipment and corporate services, reduce decision-making time, and improve cost efficiency. This is a project-based role requiring approximately 4β6 hours per day.
Key Responsibilities
- βStandardize technical equipment and inventory
- βConduct equipment inventory and determine actual provision and deficits
- βAnalyze job roles regarding equipment needs
- βCreate equipment maps for each position (type, power, number of devices)
- βDefine and document standard equipment configurations for HR and managers
- βOptimize the process of issuing equipment and automate
- βAnalyze and standardize the process of making decisions regarding equipment issuance
- βReduce decision-making time and the number of manual approvals
- βDescribe processes in the form of instructions and diagrams
- βConfigure and maintain simple automations (Telegram bots, Slack bots) for IT processes and internal notifications
- βManage access to corporate services
- βAudit access to Notion, Zoho Campaign, and corporate email
- βCreate and agree on an access matrix for different categories of employees
- βOrganize rules for granting and revoking access
- βAnalytics and documentation
- βAnalyze the use of equipment, licenses, and services
- βPrepare structured IT documentation and transfer solutions to the team
Requirements
- βHas experience working as a system administrator/IT Operations / IT Support for at least 1 year (preferably in companies with 100+ people), can work independently.
- βUnderstands IT process standardization and documentation, different approaches to access and role management.
- βHas analytical thinking and the ability to structure chaos.
- βHas practical experience working with corporate services (email, Notion, knowledge base, CRM / marketing tools)
- βCan work with the setup and maintenance of Telegram bots and Slack bots for internal processes and automations.
