About the Role
AMO APPS, a Ukrainian IT company, is seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our growing team. This role will focus on managing recruitment streams for Customer Support and Design positions, helping us continue our mission of helping people worldwide adopt healthy habits.
Key Responsibilities
- βManage the full recruitment cycle from initial candidate contact to offer preparation and issuance for positions including Customer Support Specialist, Chat Manager, Billing Specialist, Quality Control Specialist, Motion Designer, and Video Editor
- βBuild effective communication with hiring managers
- βOptimize recruitment processes by analyzing the recruitment funnel, identifying weaknesses, and implementing solutions to improve efficiency
Requirements
- β1+ year of experience in recruitment
- βUnderstanding of the complete recruitment cycle
- βExperience working with various candidate sourcing channels
- βExperience conducting recruitment interviews
- βExcellent written and verbal communication skills
- βProactivity and initiative: ability to go beyond standard solutions and propose new approaches to achieve goals
- βFlexibility and adaptability: ability to quickly adapt to changes and new requirements
- βHigh level of independence and willingness to take responsibility for results
- βEnglish proficiency at B1 level or higher
