About the Role

We are looking for a Chief of Staff to join Anduril's Air Dominance and Strike Division. This role will serve as a strategic thought partner to the SVP, ensuring the division is aligned to deliver against critical goals. You'll help design and execute operational rhythms and strategic programs to drive organizational performance.

Key Responsibilities

→Serve as a trusted advisor to the SVP, driving clarity and focus across initiatives
→Design and manage cross-functional integration with key stakeholders
→Prepare and facilitate content for executive meetings and drive execution against decisions
→Own and drive business rhythm for the team, including QBRs and strategic planning
→Represent the SVP in internal forums and ensure aligned communication
→Lead high-impact, cross-functional strategic initiatives from ideation to execution

Requirements

✓6–12 years of professional experience in strategy, business operations, or consulting
✓Demonstrated success in Chief of Staff or COO-like roles supporting senior executives
✓Exceptional communication and executive writing skills
✓Proven ability to manage complex, cross-functional projects
✓Highly organized with attention to detail and follow-through
✓Emotionally intelligent and able to handle sensitive information
✓Must be eligible to hold a US Top Secret clearance
