About the Role

As a key member of Anduril's recruiting team, you will be responsible for talent management as the company rapidly grows. This hands-on role involves collaborating with leaders and individual contributors to define hiring needs and execute strategies to build Anduril's world-class team.

Key Responsibilities

• →Source, track and maintain a high volume of candidates while maintaining communication with stakeholders
• →Establish partnerships with business leaders to influence talent strategy and execute hiring deliverables
• →Build trust through consistency and strong operating rhythm with cross-functional stakeholders
• →Understand product positioning, technical roadmap, and team culture to effectively pitch the team and opportunity
• →Track and analyze pipeline and performance data to identify areas of opportunity
• →Build recruiting strategies that contribute to long-range company growth
• →Act as a subject matter expert in prospecting techniques and tools
• →Conduct interviews and engage passive candidates
• →Provide a consistent and positive candidate experience
