About the Role
We are looking for a Growth Marketer to join Anima, a healthcare technology company delivering precision medicine. This role focuses on designing and executing end-to-end demand generation strategies across events, content, partnerships, and PLG.
Key Responsibilities
- →Design and execute Anima’s end-to-end demand generation strategy
- →Build scalable growth loops, automations, and workflows
- →Work with marketing, product, and customer success teams on high-impact ideas
- →Use data and experimentation to uncover new growth levers
- →Develop bold events, storytelling, social campaigns, and an ambassador engine
Requirements
- ✓3–6 years of experience in growth, demand gen, or lifecycle marketing in high-growth B2B SaaS or PLG environment
- ✓Experience running experiments and building automations
- ✓Customer-obsessed approach to uncover deep user motivations
- ✓Analytical and systems thinking with a focus on ROI and attribution
- ✓Creative storytelling and campaign crafting skills
- ✓High-agency and thrive in ambiguity
- ✓Track record running multi-channel campaigns with measurable ROI
- ✓Technically curious with experience in SQL, Python, JS, or Excel
- ✓Experience with growth tools like HubSpot, Clay, Lemlist, Zapier, GA4, and Mixpanel
