About the Role
We are looking for a Safeguards Enforcement Analyst to join Anthropic's Safeguards team. This role is responsible for enforcing policies, protecting users, and ensuring our platform is not misused. You'll play a central role in ensuring our models meet safety and policy standards before and after launch.
Key Responsibilities
- →Run and monitor safety evaluations for AI models
- →Drive mitigations when issues surface
- →Coordinate the creation of new evaluations
- →Build processes and documentation to scale safety work
- →Manage content moderation vendor relationships
- →Develop and maintain standard operating procedures
- →Produce enforcement metrics for regulatory reporting
- →Oversee user-reported content review pipeline
- →Maintain understanding of Anthropic's policy framework
- →Oversee Safeguards copyright systems
Requirements
- ✓5+ years of experience in trust and safety operations
- ✓Experience managing external vendor relationships
- ✓Ability to work across policy, legal, and operations teams
- ✓Experience building or improving operational reporting systems
- ✓Highly organized with a track record of maintaining documentation
- ✓Clear communication skills across technical and non-technical audiences
- ✓Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience
