About the Role

We are looking for a Solutions Architect, Applied AI to join Anthropic's team. This role focuses on helping state and local government agencies understand and integrate Claude, our AI system, into their technology stack.

Key Responsibilities

→Partner with account executives to understand customer requirements and translate them into technical solutions
→Serve as the primary technical advisor to enterprise customers throughout their Claude adoption journey
→Support customers building with Claude Code, the Claude API, and Claude for Enterprise
→Create and deliver compelling technical content tailored to different audiences
→Guide technical architecture decisions and help customers integrate Claude effectively
→Help customers develop evaluation frameworks to measure Claude's performance
→Identify common integration patterns and contribute insights to our Product and Engineering teams
→Travel frequently to customer sites for workshops and technical deep dives
→Maintain strong knowledge of the latest developments in LLM capabilities

Requirements

✓Prior experience working with US federal, state, and/or local agencies
✓5+ years of experience in technical customer-facing roles
✓Experience navigating complex buying cycles involving multiple stakeholders
✓Exceptional ability to build relationships with diverse stakeholders
✓Strong technical communication skills
✓Experience designing scalable cloud architectures and integrating with enterprise systems
✓Familiar with Python
✓Familiarity with common LLM frameworks and tools or a background in machine learning or data science
✓Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience
