About the Role

Applied Intuition is seeking a Technical Recruiter to join their team. This role involves partnering with engineering leadership to design and execute hiring strategies that attract, evaluate, and close exceptional software engineering talent.

Key Responsibilities

→Develop and execute recruiting strategies to identify and hire software and ML engineers
→Partner with engineering leaders and cross-functional stakeholders to understand hiring needs, team design, and long-term talent strategy
→Build targeted sourcing campaigns to attract general and specialized engineering talent
→Lead structured, high-quality interview processes that assess technical excellence, problem-solving ability, and alignment with Applied’s values
→Improve and scale recruiting systems, tools, and processes to support efficiency and growth
→Provide leadership with data-driven insights on funnel health, pass-through rates, time-to-fill
→Mentor and enable other recruiters, raising the bar for technical recruiting across the team
→Deliver an exceptional candidate experience

Requirements

✓5+ years of experience in technical recruiting, with a strong track record hiring software engineers, ML engineers, or other highly specialized technical talent
✓Strong business partnership skills and the ability to influence stakeholders using data and insights
✓Proven ability to manage multiple complex searches in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
✓High ownership mindset with the ability to operate autonomously
