About the Role
We are looking for a holistic Product Executive to take full ownership of our end-to-end programmatic stack. This is a business-first leadership role that bridges market needs and our technical roadmap, managing development teams and the platform’s P&L.
Key Responsibilities
- →Own the lifecycle of our proprietary Bidding SDK and Exchange, connecting market signals to the roadmap to meet advertiser and publisher needs.
- →Collaborate with Data Science to deploy advanced models for bid-price estimation using ML like TensorFlow to optimize CPM and win rates.
- →Drive technical compliance and strategy regarding OpenRTB and TCF, managing interfaces with IAB foundation and mediation partners.
- →Impact P&L by balancing infrastructure costs against revenue yield, driving growth through data insights.
- →Align cross-functional teams through OKRs and performance frameworks, acting as a key liaison between technical and commercial units.
Requirements
- ✓10+ years in AdTech with deep knowledge of mobile Ad SDKs and programmatic protocols.
- ✓5+ years of experience managing large, diverse product organizations in an agile environment.
- ✓Motivation to drive business forward by building systems that excite customers and scale revenue.
- ✓Experience influencing or managing Data Science teams and understanding model training for market behavior prediction.
- ✓Strong communication skills to work across the organization, translating technical dependencies into actionable goals.
