About the Role
We are looking for an experienced Full Stack QA Engineer to guide quality assurance across several Scrum teams. This role involves mentoring QA engineers, shaping QA strategy, and staying hands-on with testing to ensure stable releases and a healthy codebase.
Key Responsibilities
- →Participate in the full testing lifecycle across frontend, backend, and API layers.
- →Design and maintain automated tests in TypeScript using tools like Playwright, Jest, or similar.
- →Work with logs, metrics, and tracing tools to identify, reproduce, and debug issues in complex distributed systems.
- →Design and execute load and performance tests using tools like k6 or JMeter.
- →Validate APIs using Postman, Swagger, or custom TypeScript scripts.
- →Work closely with developers, DevOps, and product managers to ensure smooth CI/CD releases.
- →Contribute to DORA metrics improvement by detecting bottlenecks early and automating regressions.
Requirements
- ✓Experience with TypeScript and automated testing frameworks.
- ✓Familiarity with observability tools like Kibana, Datadog, and Sentry.
- ✓Knowledge of performance testing tools like k6 or JMeter.
- ✓Experience with API testing tools like Postman and Swagger.
- ✓Strong understanding of CI/CD processes and trunk-based development.
- ✓Ability to work in a cross-functional team environment.
