About the Role
We are looking for an Experienced Big Data Engineer to join AppsFlyer’s ROI360 Data Team. This role involves building production features that connect cost budgets to user behavior in real-time for our premium clients.
Key Responsibilities
- →Build client-facing features for AppsFlyer’s premium clients, from architecture to production deployment.
- →Optimize scalable data pipelines and distributed processes to meet strict client SLAs.
- →Ensure data accuracy and performance across massive, complex datasets.
- →Partner with upstream data providers, client-side teams, and Product Managers to turn raw events into production-grade features.
Requirements
- ✓B.Sc. in Computer Science or an equivalent.
- ✓3+ years in Big Data Engineering (Backend experience is a plus, provided you’ve worked at scale).
- ✓1+ years of deep, hands-on experience with Spark (or equivalent), understanding complexities like memory management and execution plans.
- ✓Strong programming skills (Ideally Scala) with a deep understanding of distributed programming paradigms.
- ✓A natural obsession with high-scale problem solving and system optimization.
- ✓A pragmatic, ownership-driven mindset with a personality that thrives in a collaborative environment.
