As an Illustrator / Graphic Designer at ARB Interactive, youβll create original illustrations and visually striking marketing assets that bring our brand and games to life. Illustration is a core part of this role - youβll design custom artwork, themed visuals, and promotional graphics that elevate the player experience across our digital platforms.
Youβll apply your illustration and graphic design skills to produce on-brand assets for digital banners, email campaigns, social media, our website, and other marketing initiatives. Working closely with the marketing team, youβll transform campaign ideas into engaging visuals that support our digital strategy and drive player engagement.
This role is ideal for someone who thrives at the intersection of illustration, marketing design, and creative storytelling, and who enjoys turning concepts into bold, visually engaging experiences.
Key Responsibilities
- Create original illustrations, custom artwork, icons, and themed visual assets to support marketing campaigns, in-game promotions, and brand storytelling.
- Design visually compelling marketing materials including static banners, social media graphics, website landing pages, and blog visuals.
- Develop game-themed promotional artwork and illustrated marketing assets that enhance brand personality and player engagement.
- Apply knowledge of digital marketing strategies and trends to create designs that effectively engage target audiences and drive brand awareness.
- Create platform-specific graphics for social media using design techniques that encourage engagement and sharing.
- Collaborate closely with the marketing team to translate campaign objectives into compelling illustrated concepts and marketing visuals.
- Contribute to brainstorming and creative development for marketing campaigns, including developing visual narratives and illustrated concepts.
- Stay current with illustration, gaming, and digital design trends, continuously refining work based on campaign performance and feedback.
Ensure consistent visual storytelling across all marketing touch points while maintaining a cohesive brand identity.

Requirements
- 3+ years of graphic design experience, preferably in the gaming or entertainment industry.
- Strong illustration skills, with the ability to create original digital artwork, backgrounds, icons, and themed assets.
- Strong proficiency in Photoshop, Illustrator, and Figma. Illustrator expertise required for vector illustration work.
- Experience designing for web, mobile, and social media with a focus on engagement and conversions.
- Strong grasp of color theory, typography, composition, and visual hierarchy.
- Ability to conceptualize and execute eye-catching promotional banners, illustrated game assets, and marketing visuals.
- Experience working with brand guidelines while expanding creative systems through custom artwork.
- Understanding of casino/gaming aesthetics, including themes and player psychology.
- Ability to take creative direction and collaborate with marketing, product, and development teams.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to take ownership of projects from concept to completion.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines.
- Detail-oriented and highly adaptable to shifting priorities, requests, and processes.
- A strong portfolio showcasing both high-quality design work and original illustrations across digital platforms.
- Ability to work 2β3 days per week at our office in Brickell Key, Miami.
