About the Role
We are looking for a Business Development Representative to join our growing sales team at Arch, a Series B financial technology company that automates the management of private investments.
Key Responsibilities
- →Conduct outbound prospecting through email, phone, LinkedIn, and other channels to engage potential clients
- →Qualify inbound and outbound leads, identifying key decision-makers and assessing fit
- →Schedule and coordinate introductory meetings between prospects and Sales Directors
- →Research target accounts and tailor outreach with relevant insights and value propositions
- →Maintain accurate activity and pipeline data within Salesforce
- →Partner with Marketing to execute and follow up on campaigns and events
- →Track performance metrics and identify ways to improve
- →Collaborate with teammates across Sales and Operations
- →Help create and maintain sales materials, organize conferences and client events
- →Maintain and enhance sales tools including Salesforce and Attention
Requirements
- ✓Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
- ✓1-2 years of outbound sales experience
- ✓Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- ✓Strong written and verbal communication skills
- ✓Proficiency with Google Suite (Slides, Sheets, Docs)
- ✓Experience with Salesforce and Salesloft
- ✓Eagerness to learn and contribute in a fast-paced environment
- ✓Proactive, "roll-up-your-sleeves" attitude
