About the Role
We are looking for a Business Development Specialist to join Arena Intelligence, an open platform for evaluating AI models in real-world scenarios. This high-impact role will support and expand relationships with leading Model Labs while driving new opportunities.
Key Responsibilities
- →Support Lab Expansion: Partner with the BD Lead to grow relationships across top global Model Labs.
- →Run Targeted Campaigns: Design and execute outreach campaigns aligned to model release cycles and eval launches.
- →Drive Engagement: Coordinate touchpoints across research, engineering, and ops stakeholders within lab accounts.
- →Event & Marketing Support: Assist in planning and executing lab-facing events and co-marketing initiatives.
- →Light Ops Ownership: Support account tracking, usage monitoring, and CRM hygiene.
Requirements
- ✓1–3 years of experience in Business Development or Sales Development within a technical product environment.
- ✓AI Fluency: Understanding of the stack (Training vs. Inference, RLHF, Benchmarking).
- ✓High Agency: Self-starter who can operate without direct intervention.
- ✓Operational Rigor: Comfortable building processes in ambiguous situations.
- ✓Some exposure to closing partnerships is a plus.
