About the Role
We are looking for a Salesforce QA Engineer to join our team. This role focuses on ensuring high-quality Salesforce implementations through comprehensive testing and automation.
Key Responsibilities
- →Perform functional, integration, and end-to-end testing for Salesforce implementations
- →Analyze business requirements and convert them into detailed test scenarios and test cases
- →Execute manual and automated test cases and report defects effectively
- →Conduct regression, system, and UAT support testing
- →Create, manage, and track test cases using Jira and Zephyr
- →Develop and maintain automated test scripts using tools such as AccelQ, Selenium, or Playwright
- →Integrate automation suites into CI/CD pipelines where applicable
- →Take end-to-end ownership of testing deliverables
- →Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure defect resolution
Requirements
- ✓Experience with Salesforce testing and quality assurance
- ✓Proficiency in Jira and Zephyr for test management
- ✓Knowledge of automation tools like AccelQ, Selenium, or Playwright
- ✓Understanding of CI/CD pipelines
- ✓Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
