About the Role
We are seeking a Software Engineer to drive the design and implementation of our on-premises Compute as a Service (CaaS) and GPU as a Service (GPUaaS) offerings. This role will be pivotal in building a robust and scalable infrastructure platform, enabling our engineering teams to efficiently deploy and manage applications.
Key Responsibilities
- →Write, test, and maintain code for our edge cloud platform, focusing on automating the provisioning and management of GPU and CPU resources.
- →Contribute to the backend services and APIs that power our compute offerings, helping to implement new features and improve existing ones.
- →Assist in diagnosing and resolving issues across our distributed infrastructure, ensuring reliability and performance for our customers.
- →Work closely with senior engineers and architects, participating in code reviews and design discussions to grow skills in cloud-native technologies.
- →Help develop the tools and scripts that our engineering teams use to deploy, monitor, and manage our edge datacenters.
Requirements
- ✓Solid programming skills in Golang
- ✓Comfortable working in a Linux environment and have a good grasp of containerization technology like Docker, Kubernetes
- ✓Good knowledge of virtualization technologies (KVM preferred) and cloud orchestration
- ✓Strong desire to learn about cloud computing, distributed systems, and automation
- ✓Ability to break down problems, think logically, and collaborate with a team to find solutions
- ✓Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, a related technical field, or equivalent practical experience (typically 3-6 years of experience for this level)
