About the Role
We are looking for an Outbound Sales Development Representative to join our Sales team at Remote. This role involves helping prospective and active customers fully experience our Global HR Platform by responding to queries and guiding them on how to maximize Remote’s products to meet their employment needs.
Key Responsibilities
- →Respond, engage and qualify outbound leads and inquiries
- →Source new sales prospects and reach out to book appointments for Account Executives
- →Clearly communicate Remote's value propositions to prospects and learn about their needs
- →Provide support to the Account Executive team as needed
- →Educate and develop prospects leading to hand-off to sales teams
- →Create target prospects lists and penetrate key accounts
- →Cold call into prospects generated by various sources
- →Identify key players, research business requirements, and present solutions to begin the sales cycle
Requirements
- ✓Proven business development success through effective use of core sales tools
- ✓Experience working as an SDR in a B2B SaaS Tech company
- ✓Ability to negotiate skillfully and promote/sell ideas persuasively
- ✓Exceptional communication skills, both oral and written
- ✓Ability to think strategically and tactically
- ✓Strong sense of urgency for reaching goals and key deliverables
- ✓Extremely self-motivated with a diligent work ethic
- ✓Fluent English writing and speaking skills
