About the Role
ARS Pharmaceuticals is seeking a Key Account Manager to drive strategic growth by engaging top-volume practices and academic systems. This role focuses on accelerating adoption of neffy®, the company's needle-free epinephrine product.
Key Responsibilities
- →Develop and execute strategic account plans for high-value allergy groups and academic institutions
- →Identify and compile success stories across multi-state networks to inform broader strategy
- →Build trusted relationships with senior institutional stakeholders including C-suite leaders and clinical influencers
- →Collaborate with Medical Affairs to deliver peer-led programs and education
- →Coordinate internal communications to highlight institutional milestones
- →Cultivate internal advocates and speakers to expand influence
- →Leverage momentum to initiate discussions on EMR integration and treatment protocols
- →Track account-level outcomes and replicate successful approaches
- →Partner with SSRs to ensure alignment between institutional strategy and local pull-through
- →Represent ARS at national and regional conferences
Requirements
- ✓Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university
- ✓5+ years of institutional or Key Account sales experience
- ✓3+ years of successful field-based account management experience
- ✓Demonstrated ability to lead account planning and influence treatment pathways
- ✓Familiarity with EMR protocols, payer dynamics, and large practice decision-making processes
- ✓Strong account-based selling and strategic planning capabilities
- ✓Experience in engaging senior executives and medical leadership
- ✓Ability to drive alignment across cross-functional teams
- ✓Excellent communication, project management, and collaboration skills
