About the Role
We are looking for a Staff Infrastructure Engineer to build and maintain the platform that powers our autonomous AI employees. This role involves managing a massive infrastructure that handles hundreds of millions of leads, orchestrates AI agents in real time, and sends email at massive scale.
Key Responsibilities
- →Own the full DevOps and infrastructure layer, setting the foundation and defining practices
- →Manage Kubernetes and container orchestration on AWS
- →Build and maintain CI/CD and deployment pipelines
- →Develop observability and reliability systems for monitoring and alerting
- →Create email deliverability infrastructure for large-scale email operations
- →Ensure security and compliance across the stack
- →Optimize cloud costs through efficient infrastructure design
- →Improve developer experience through better tools and documentation
Requirements
- ✓6+ years of experience in DevOps, SRE, or infrastructure engineering
- ✓Deep expertise with Kubernetes, container orchestration, and AWS
- ✓Strong CI/CD experience with trusted pipelines
- ✓Proficiency in infrastructure-as-code (Terraform, Pulumi, etc.) and GitOps
- ✓Solid understanding of networking, DNS, load balancing, and security
- ✓Experience with monitoring and observability tooling
- ✓Comfortable scripting in Python, Bash, or Go
- ✓Experience with databases like PostgreSQL and Redis
- ✓Strong opinions on reliability, incident response, and on-call practices
