About the Role
We are looking for a Senior Software Engineer with fullstack .NET expertise to join ClearPoint, a trusted technology partner for organizations navigating digital transformation. You'll work on business-critical systems serving New Zealanders daily.
Key Responsibilities
- →Design and implement robust APIs and web applications using ASP.NET Core
- →Develop microservices architecture from end-to-end
- →Implement RESTful APIs that are easy to consume
- →Work with relational databases including SQL Server and PostgreSQL
- →Design messaging architectures using AWS Service Bus, RabbitMQ, or similar
- →Implement automated testing as part of daily practice
- →Manage DevOps, CI/CD pipelines, and containerized deployment
Requirements
- ✓Strong C# and .NET (Core / 6+) skills with deep platform knowledge
- ✓Experience with frontend technologies (TypeScript, React, Angular)
- ✓Experience with large-scale or high-throughput systems
- ✓Understanding of observability, monitoring, and systems-thinking
- ✓Curiosity about AI and emerging technologies
- ✓Excellent communication skills to translate technical complexity
