About the Role
We are looking for Product Support Specialists to join Ashby's team in North America. This role involves working one weekend day in exchange for a weekday off, with either a Tuesday–Saturday or Sunday–Thursday schedule. You will work closely with customers, handling everything from troubleshooting sophisticated integrations to guiding customers through detailed workflows and best practices.
Key Responsibilities
- →Work closely with customers every day, handling complex support issues

- →Contribute to projects that improve team workflows and efficacy
- →Absorb and synthesize technical work from the Engineering Team

Requirements
- ✓Experience with and excitement to learn a complex, rapidly evolving product
- ✓Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to define problem scope and create comprehensive solutions
- ✓Keen attention to detail and the ability to ensure thorough and clear responses
- ✓Empathy and the ability to delight customers
- ✓Prioritize ownership in finding solutions for customers
- ✓Experience offering B2B support to customers, ranging from small business through enterprise organizations
