About the Role
We are looking for Product Support Specialists to join our team in the APAC region, specifically in Singapore or the Philippines. This role involves working one weekend day in exchange for a weekday off, following either a Tuesday–Saturday or Sunday–Thursday schedule. You will be part of a team that delivers world-class customer support through keen attention to detail, deep product knowledge, and fast, thoughtful responses.
Key Responsibilities
- →Handle sophisticated integrations and guide customers through detailed workflows
- →Work closely with customers daily to provide technical support
- →Contribute to projects that improve team workflows and efficacy
- →Absorb and synthesize technical information from the Engineering Team to create enablement for the broader Support Team
- →Develop workflow automation to enhance team cohesion
Requirements
- ✓Experience with and excitement to learn a complex, rapidly evolving product
- ✓Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to define problem scope and create comprehensive solutions
- ✓Keen attention to detail and the ability to ensure thorough and clear responses
- ✓Empathy and a strong sense of ownership in finding solutions for customers
- ✓Experience offering B2B support to customers ranging from small businesses to enterprise organizations
- ✓Proactive decision-making rooted in principled thinking
