About the Role
Aspora is growing its Product Design team and hiring Product Designers across various experience levels. You’ll play a key role in shaping the future of our international fintech platform, improving user experience, and building intuitive products for immigrants worldwide.
Key Responsibilities
- →Drive or contribute to end-to-end product design processes: research, wireframing, high-fidelity design, and prototyping.
- →Shape, maintain, and evolve our design system to ensure speed, consistency, and accessibility.
- →Collaborate deeply with Product and Engineering to define user-centered features and create clear, intuitive flows.
- →Advocate for user-experience best practices through interviews, usability testing, critique sessions, and continuous learning.
- →Contribute to setting and upholding design standards across mobile (iOS/Android) and web platforms.
- →For more senior designers: lead high-impact initiatives, drive design vision, or mentor other designers.
Requirements
- ✓Strong experience in product design, ideally within consumer-facing platforms.
- ✓Solid grasp of UX fundamentals with the ability to translate insights into elegant, human-centered solutions.
- ✓Proficiency in modern design tools such as Figma and experience with prototyping and responsive design.
- ✓Comfortable collaborating in a dynamic cross-functional environment and navigating ambiguity with ownership.
- ✓For more senior designers: experience scaling design systems, leading initiatives, or mentoring peers.
