About the Role
We are looking for a Technical Support Specialist to join our team at Assembled. This role focuses on providing exceptional customer support and technical troubleshooting across our product suite, including Workforce Management and Assembled AI.
Key Responsibilities
- →Create exceptional experiences for customers by taking ownership of interactions from initial contact through resolution
- →Master Assembled's full product suite and become a go-to resource for customers and teammates
- →Investigate and resolve technical issues by diving into logs, querying databases, and debugging API integrations
- →Represent the voice of the customer by synthesizing feedback and communicating trends
- →Build for scale by identifying larger improvements and making recommendations on internal tools and processes
Requirements
- ✓Minimum 2+ years in a technical customer-facing role at a SaaS company or startup
- ✓Hands-on experience with SQL, APIs, and integrations
- ✓Demonstrated ability to learn technical concepts quickly and deliver complex troubleshooting steps
- ✓Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- ✓Strong technical aptitude with attention to detail and systematic problem-solving approach
- ✓Experience with web technologies, SaaS platforms, cloud-based systems, or emerging technologies
- ✓Ability to understand and communicate technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences
- ✓Experience and interest in leveraging AI products, workforce management software, or support operations platforms
