About the Role
We are looking for a Technical Leader to guide our development teams and contribute to product architecture.
Key Responsibilities
- →Act as a mentor/leader for the team and reinforce organizational values and culture
- →Use your in-depth technical knowledge to contribute to product architectural design
- →Contribute to defining the product roadmap and support end-to-end delivery of product versions
- →Develop software products for banking and financial institutions with collaborative, non-hierarchical R&D teams
- →Empower and encourage teams to continuously improve technology and processes
- →Challenge and support engineering practices to improve product quality
- →Support product team governance to ensure quality and effectiveness of solutions
Requirements
- ✓Strong technical background with architectural design experience
- ✓Leadership skills with ability to mentor development teams
- ✓Experience with agile methodologies
- ✓Knowledge of financial industry software development
- ✓Ability to collaborate with stakeholders and define product roadmaps
