About the Role
The Implementation Consultant- Data serves as a primary point of contact for data quality, ensuring clients meet their business goals through consultation, implementation support, and issue resolution.
Key Responsibilities
- →Manage your own book of business, build trusted advisor partnerships, and act as the primary point of contact for all data needs
- →Develop documentation covering all clients' data assets, processes, and best practices
- →Deliver client presentations, trainings, and knowledge transfer sessions
- →Guide existing clients to keep data updated and optimized for success
- →Conduct strategy sessions, workshops, and ongoing consultation aligned with Assent's data standards and processes
- →Proactively monitor client data and systems to ensure ongoing data quality and accuracy
- →Perform ad hoc analysis, report development, and troubleshooting as needed
- →Maintain expertise in Assent's products, features, and roadmap to help clients maximize value
- →Identify process improvements, technical issues, and make recommendations
- →Proactively identify data risks, assess potential impacts, and collaborate with internal teams to implement effective mitigation strategies
- →Collaborate cross-functionally to continually enhance Assent's data solutions and client experience
