About the Role
We are looking for a talented Recruiter to join our growing HR team on a permanent basis. This role offers a hybrid working arrangement with 2-3 days in the Blackburn office and the rest working from home.
Key Responsibilities
- →Conduct initial meetings with recruiting managers to understand role requirements
- →Find suitable candidates and conduct initial telephone screenings
- →Arrange interviews between candidates and recruiting managers
- →Handle the offer process for selected candidates
- →Ensure adherence to client and company processes, legislation, and policies
- →Accurately record vacancy and candidate details within the ATS system
