About the Role
We are looking for a Senior SI/PMO Lead to join our team and support strategic industrial clients on IT projects with significant organizational, operational, and regulatory challenges.
Key Responsibilities
- βStructure IT project governance: organization, planning, risks, indicators, and dependency management.
- βPrepare and lead steering committees (COPIL, COPROJ), providing strategic reporting to decision-makers.
- βTrack project progress, propose necessary arbitrages, and alert on critical issues.
- βCollect, formalize, and prioritize business needs in collaboration with operational departments.
- βConduct functional and organizational impact studies.
- βEnsure technical deliverables align with expressed functional needs.
- βMonitor development/integration phases and contribute to testing plans with the MOE.
- βAddress issues related to PLM, CAD, GED, or engineering tools.
- βPrepare and support the adoption of IT changes by business teams.
- βIdentify improvement opportunities within projects.
Requirements
- βExperience in IT project governance and management.
- βStrong analytical and organizational skills.
- βKnowledge of PLM, CAD, GED, and engineering tools.
- βAbility to lead steering committees and report to decision-makers.
- βExperience in functional analysis and business needs prioritization.
- βUnderstanding of technical and regulatory constraints.
- βAbility to coordinate with development teams (MOE).
- βExperience in change management and team support.
- βTrack record of identifying and implementing process improvements.
