About the Role
We are seeking a Financial Analyst to join our organization, responsible for conducting comprehensive financial analyses and providing strategic insights for infrastructure projects.
Key Responsibilities
- →Develop and execute sophisticated financial models for infrastructure projects to assess financial viability, economic feasibility, and benchmark performance metrics.
- →Conduct in-depth sensitivity analyses to evaluate the impact of various factors on project outcomes.
- →Produce comprehensive viability reports capturing key details from financial models for stakeholders.
- →Perform demand assessments and generate market reports and presentations to support strategic planning.
- →Demonstrate exceptional communication skills to convey complex financial information to diverse audiences.
- →Apply knowledge of public-private partnerships to optimize project development and execution strategies.
- →Craft precise Request for Proposals (RFP) documents and Concession agreements.
- →Analyze financial statements and KPIs to provide actionable insights on project performance.
- →Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather data and ensure accuracy of financial projections.
- →Monitor industry trends and regulatory changes, providing strategic recommendations.
- →Develop and maintain financial databases to support data-driven decision-making.
- →Execute risk assessments and formulate mitigation strategies for infrastructure projects.
- →Prepare budgets and forecasts for ongoing and potential projects.
- →Participate in due diligence processes for potential investments or partnerships.
- →Contribute to the development of financial strategies to optimize project outcomes.
Requirements
