About the Role
We are looking for an Account Manager to join Atabix, a company that simplifies digital services for citizens and professionals. Atabix has grown from a small team in Amsterdam to an organization of over 170 experts, providing powerful software solutions to help governments digitalize and optimize their critical work processes.
Key Responsibilities
- →Maintain and expand customer relationships
- →Identify new sales opportunities with existing customers and actively pursue them
- →Translate customer needs to internal project teams and oversee progress, effectiveness, and goal achievement
- →Coordinate with internal teams to ensure projects and implementations meet customer expectations
- →Follow up on and monitor the total utilization of contracts
- →Ensure contract indexing, adjustment, documentation, and communication to customers
- →Follow up on incoming leads from various marketing and communication channels
Requirements
- ✓A customer-oriented professional with 4 to 5 years of experience in Account Management
- ✓Proven track record in achieving revenue goals, customer satisfaction targets, upselling, and extending customer contracts
- ✓Strong communication and negotiation skills
- ✓Experience with government software or SaaS products is preferred
- ✓Experience with government clients is preferred
- ✓Fluent command of the Dutch language in both spoken and written form
- ✓Note: Excellent command of the Dutch language is a mandatory requirement for this position. Candidates who are not proficient in the language will not be considered in the selection process.
