About the Role
Athennian is seeking a Senior Manager of Demand Generation to drive our pipeline growth and strategic marketing initiatives. Reporting to the Head of Marketing, you will be responsible for converting our GTM strategy into a high-performing engine that balances immediate lead flow with long-term brand authority.
Key Responsibilities
- →Own the design and optimization of a multi-channel demand engine, ensuring the health of the entire funnel.
- →Act as the strategic lead for key demand channels, including paid media, SEO, social, and email.
- →Partner closely with Sales leadership to align on messaging and qualification standards.
- →Maintain hands-on command of HubSpot and our demand generation tools.
- →Proactively identify and test new demand sources to discover the next high-performing lever for the business.
Requirements
- ✓Deep strategic understanding of how paid search, paid social, SEO, and content distribution work together to fuel an enterprise pipeline.
- ✓Direct experience owning enterprise B2B demand programs that produced measurable pipeline growth.
- ✓Track record of developing and operating demand programs end-to-end.
- ✓Experience working at B2B SaaS companies in the $10M–$50M ARR range.
- ✓Ability to define high-level channel strategy and translate it into actionable plans.
- ✓Familiarity with Marketing Automation Tools such as HubSpot, Instantly, 6Sense.
