Key Responsibilities
- →Lead a team of operators (both commercial trucks and passenger vehicles)
- →Establish an inspired safety culture for all in-vehicle teams
- →Collaborate cross-functionally with a "Win Together" mindset
- →Develop and drive your team by building on individual strengths and opportunities
- →Document and deliver constructive and positive performance feedback regularly
- →Follow all Aurora policies and adhere to the Vehicle Operations Manual
- →Understand and communicate major Aurora initiatives and programs
- →Act as point of contact for key Vehicle Operations projects
- →Interact with the public as an ambassador for Aurora
- →Become certified as a Vehicle Operator to support in-vehicle testing
Requirements
- ✓Safety focused
- ✓Ability to lead by example and motivate teams
- ✓Experience working in a collaborative environment
- ✓Valid U.S. driver’s license with at least 5 years of driving history and a clean driving record
- ✓Comfortable with travel for up to 30% of your time
- ✓Must pass initial and random drug and alcohol screenings
- ✓Available to work day or night shifts
- ✓Ability to work scheduled days and early mornings or late nights
- ✓Ability to work regular overtime and weekends
