Key Responsibilities
- →Run full-cycle recruiting for technical roles, from sourcing through closing
- →Partner with engineering leaders and hiring managers to define role requirements and search strategies
- →Build and maintain high-quality candidate pipelines, including sourcing and engaging passive candidates
- →Manage the interview process to ensure clear communication, fast feedback, and a strong candidate experience
- →Advance multiple searches simultaneously while keeping the hiring bar high
- →Mentor peers and share best practices to raise the bar for recruiting excellence
- →Identify opportunities to improve recruiting processes, tools, and workflows
Requirements
- ✓6+ years in recruiting, with at least 3 years in technical recruiting
- ✓Demonstrated success partnering with VP or C-suite hiring stakeholders at a high talent bar company
- ✓Data-driven, process-oriented, and a clear communicator
- ✓Passionate about candidate experience and building strong teams
