This is a hybrid role based in our San Francisco, Chicago, and New York City hubs. 📐 About the role As a go-to-market sourcer at WRITER, you'll be the driving force behind building our world-class go-to-market organization. You'll own the top-of-funnel talent pipeline for critical sales-adjacent functions, including sales, delivery/customer success, partnerships, solutions architect teams. This is an outsized impact opportunity to shape the future of our GTM team as we scale rapidly to bring our enterprise generative AI platform to customers globally. You'll partner deeply with hiring managers and recruiting leads to define role requirements, craft compelling outreach strategies, and engage top-tier passive and active candidates.
