• Mitarbeit an der Weiterentwicklung und Umsetzung unserer globalen Employer Value Proposition
• Unterstützung bei internationalen Kampagnen (Konzeption, Content, Roll-out in Fokusländern)
• Erstellung und Aufbereitung von Präsentationen für internationale Stakeholder (HR, Communications, Management)
• Unterstützung bei Social Media Aktivitäten (LinkedIn, Instagram, ggf. weitere Plattformen)
• Mitarbeit an globalen Projekten wie Career Website, Brand Portal oder Ambassador Programm
• Monitoring und Analyse von KPIs entlang unseres Funnel-Modells (Awareness, Consideration, Application, Retention)
• Recherche zu Markt- und Talenttrends sowie Wettbewerbsanalysen
